About the Project

Globalite, managing thousands of daily survey responses, needed an efficient solution to automatically connect, categorize, and route survey information to appropriate departments.

The Challenge

The company faced significant challenges with their survey workflow. With thousands of responses received daily, manually routing and categorizing this information for specific departments was time-consuming and error-prone. This created bottlenecks in their data processing workflow and hampered departmental efficiency.

Our Solution

We built an embedded JotForm application on their website that seamlessly captured survey responses and integrated it with Zapier to automatically route specific information to the appropriate departments. The automated workflow leveraged custom URL parameters to track submission sources and ensure proper categorization, creating a fully automated end-to-end process.
